Tina Fineza was contracted in July of 2011 to consult with the opening of the newest Terra Breads Cafe at the Village on False Creek. This is the first Cafe for Terra Breads, with a focus on local beer, wine and warm plates. Chef Tina revelled in the challenge of creating in a small cooking space and delivering consistent, delicious, sustainable dishes to please the loyal Terra Breads customers. Chef Tina continues to consult for Terra Breads by refreshing her dishes on a seasonal basis and ensuring staff are trained in their production on a continual basis.
