Annette Rawlinson was brought in by the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts in May of 2010 as a part time Dining Room Instructor for the school's fine dining restaurant, Bistro 101. In order to master all aspects of the front of house restaurant organization, Annette guides the culinary students through hands-on training on a daily basis; teaching them a la carte service, buffet service, canape and cocktail service and wine service. The students learn all of this in a 'real world' restaurant setting, with varying levels of business and with all of the vagaries of the restaurant world.
