King Pacific Lodge Summer Season 2005
Annette Rawlinson was hired as a consultant to train the opening Servers of King Pacific Lodge for it's busy summer season. She conducted a 2 week training session including training seminars and on-site hands-on training. Wine service, service philosophy and steps of service specifically geared towards the luxury brand of Rosewood Hotels and Resorts and their guests. Detailed points covered included everything from the 'Welcome' to the 'Good-bye'. Annette returned mid season to ensure quality standards and smoothly run service were upheld during peak summer business.
