Annette Rawlinson was hired in January of 2008 for an eight month period as General Manager to help open Au Petit Chavignol. Annette brought her extensive experience in the Vancouver restaurant business and her Premier Cru style service to the opening FOH team. She hand-picked and trained a tightly knit team to sell a specialized wine list focussed on old world wines, local wines and wines chosen to pair with cheese and charcuterie.

Annette was contracted out again for a two month period in January of 2012 to transition the restaurant through the stages of hiring and training a new General Manager, while keeping the present staff focussed on the personal service Annette had implemented in the opening of Au Petit Chavignol.
